Does the program allow for data collation - populating spreadsheets for easy mail out etc.?

The data is accessible via search or inquiry screens. The result can be downloaded into Excel.

What happens if there’s a technical problem or failure during the application process?

Our system is hosted in a state-of-the-art data centre, which runs on an enterprise-strength workflow platform. If there is an interruption in the system, your data remains completely protected, as it is stored in the daily and weekly system backups.

Can applicants save their applications and work on them as they go?

Yes, applicants can save their applications and return to it later. Applicants can also save their final submissions.

Is there an option for them to save their final submitted application?

Yes, when they complete the application they can either save and submit later, or they can submit. When they are submitting, the system checks that all mandatory questions have been answered.

Do we need to have certain IT system requirements in place for GrantsFlow to work?

Not at all. GrantsFlow is provided on a hosted basis, which means that it runs securely in the FlowConnect data centre, and is accessed online.Much like accessing your bank account, GrantsFlow runs from our data centre server, but when applicants and users log in, they will see the branding and colour scheme of your grants administration.

Can we customise GrantsFlow so that it reflects our brand and style guide?

Yes, GrantsFlow is fully customisable, so you will be able to brand your own grants system to reflect your unique style guide.

Can we access our data?

Of course. Archived data can be accessed at any time and downloaded into Excel. Should you ever decide to stop using GrantsFlow, we can provide you with a full record of your data.
